By accessing or using the WeDeFin app, you agree to these Terms with WeDeFin Labs GmbH ("we", "our", "us", and "WeDeFin"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are legally able to use this type of service in your jurisdiction and are not prohibited from using blockchain-based applications or related tools.

4. Nature of the Service

• WeDeFin provides software interfaces for interacting with blockchain networks and third-party protocols.
• The app is non-custodial. You control your wallet and private keys through your chosen wallet/auth provider.
• You are solely responsible for transactions you authorize.

5. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

Content, rankings, and assistant outputs are for informational purposes only and are not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for independent due diligence and your decisions.

6. Third-Party Services and Protocols

The app integrates with third-party infrastructure and protocols (for example wallet/auth providers, analytics providers, RPC providers, DEX/lending protocols, and data providers). We do not control third-party systems, availability, or policies.

7. Fees, Gas, and Taxes

You are responsible for network gas fees, protocol fees, slippage impacts, and taxes associated with your activity.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the app in violation of applicable law.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse platform functionality.
• Using the service for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or other unlawful behavior.

9. Risks and Beta Notice

The app may include beta features and is provided "as is". Blockchain and DeFi activity involves substantial risk, including smart-contract vulnerabilities, oracle failures, market volatility, liquidity constraints, bridge failures, MEV, and partial or total asset loss. See our Risk Disclosure.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and all related content are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeDeFin and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or digital assets arising from your use of the app.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeDeFin and its contributors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs resulting from your use of the app, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also restrict access where necessary for security, compliance, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined by mandatory legal requirements and conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in competent forums required or permitted by applicable law unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
